"They Got My Order Sorted Out Fast"
I had a little issue with my order and wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it was going to be. I reached out to customer service, and to my surprise, they got back to me quickly. "Nice little budget-friendly photo print find"

"Cropping was pretty much spot on"
My photos came out really close to how I set them up, which made the whole process easy and saved me from having to redo anything. The cropping was accurate overall, though one layout looked just slightly shifted. Not a big deal for me, and I’m still happy with how everything turned out

"Easy site to use for photo orders"
I found the Costco Photo Center site easy to use. Uploading my pictures was simple, and the pages loaded fine for me.
The layout isn’t fancy, but I actually kind of liked that. I could find prints, gifts, and checkout without having to click around forever.
The order steps were clear, and nothing felt confusing. i’d use it again for quick photo orders.

"Shipping was really fast"
Ordered a few prints and wasn’t expecting them to arrive so quickly. Showed up in just a few days, packed up nicely and everything looked good. Super easy overall, had no problems with the delivery at all.

The prints came out good overall. The colors looked nice, though they were a little darker than I expected, but I guess that’s one way to add drama.

"My photo order came out wrong, which..."
My photo order came out wrong, which was frustrating, and I was kind of wondering if it was just me being picky or if it really did look off. Support took a little while to get back to me, but once they did, they gave me a refund without making it a huge ordeal. It took longer than I would’ve liked, but they did fix it in the end, so I’d probably use them again.

"Photo book came out really nice"
I was actually happy with how the photo book turned out. The pages look great and the colors came out really nice. I’m not totally sure, but it kind of seems like the printing quality might be better than some others I’ve tried before.

I ordered a few prints from Costco Photo Center and they showed up fast, which was nice. No issues with the ordering part or anything like that, it was all simple.
The colors were... okay. Some of the prints looked close enough to what I saw on my screen, but a couple came out darker than I expected, and the skin tones were a little off in a way I kept noticing.
It’s not like they were awful or unusable. For casual family photos or random prints, I’d probably be fine with it, but for anything really important, I think I’d go somewhere else next time.
